This week we celebrated Safer Internet Week 2025. This year’s theme was,
“Prepare / Protect / Thrive: Navigating Algorithms and Influencers.”
Throughout the week’s assemblies we learnt lots of great tips on how thrive in the digital world while staying safe and responsible. There were dramas, poems, PowerPoints and SONGS. In our final assembly of the week, Seán from 6th Class gave an excellent digital presentation showing why we would never want to pick up a virus online.
We also held a poster competition during the week. Our Springdale artists produced some great pieces of work. Congratulations to our overall winners: Ava McKiernan, Aoife McDonald and Liam Burke.
